Returns Policy
You may return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the items are returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging, manuals and warranty cards and no signs of use, otherwise the return will either be refused or subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee (at our discretion).
All returns will be inspected for wear or abuse. We do not return any clearance items or purchased through any of our promotions, neither special orders/non-stock. Buyer assumes responsibility for all shipping and handling costs unless the return is a result of an error of our part or we have determined that the product you received is defective. No exchange or refund for all types of flutes.
You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of us receiving and verifying the returned item, this period could be longer depending on the time taken by your bank to process our refund request.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
In the event that items are not returned as requested above, a repair fee may apply.
Shipping Policy
We currently ship to any address in Canada with Post Canada.
We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders over 199$ (before tax).
Delivery cost for orders under 199$ is 14,95$, however there can be added shipping cost for items shipping to remote locations within Canada (See Note 1). The customer will be notified of any additional shipping costs before the item is shipped.
Most Canadian residential and business addresses are eligible for free shipping.
Orders typically ship from our warehouse in Canada within 1-2 days excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are shipped with standard ground from Montreal and will take 2-10 business days for delivery depending on the province. A tracking # will be emailed to the customer after the order has shipped.

Note 1. Remote locations are postal codes that are difficult to serve. Free shipping does not apply to remote locations, including but not limiting:
• Nunavut, Yukon and Northwest Territories
